Born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, I moved to the United States in 2001 to pursue a degree in Photojournalism and Graphic Design from Western Kentucky University. Upon graduation I found a passion for publication and web design working as the lead news page designer, are director, web and graphic designer, as well as teaching Publication Design.

Currently I am working towards my Master's degree in Visual Communications with a focus in Interactive Multimedia at Ohio University.
